I offer to explore with you experiences and your navigation of change, loss, anxiety, unhappiness, limitation, confusion, challenge and difference.
I meet you with a sense of your individuality and unique lived experience as the focus. Our therapy is an exploration, a mutual discovery, not an experience of expert fixing the broken. It is a challenge and sometimes a challenging experience, but I will endeavour to work alongside you confronting your experiences of living.
